Yeayyyyy my powder room is finally done. I’m beyond excited to share the powder room remodel with you today. After maybe two years is finally complete!!
Our powder room had nothing going for it, was just blah and dingy! When we started this renovation I really didn’t have much of plan except for the sink.
Powder Room Before & After
As always I was too late to get a picture of the powder room before the remodel. So here is one once we started the renovation. Can we say basic??? The vanity was falling apart, it had formica countertops and the floor was just a terrible color.
Powder Room Vanity
Gahhhh!!! I just loved how it turned out guys, this is such a great transformation. Every powder room that I have saved in my Pinterest had a lucite pedestal vanity. To me this is the classiest bathroom vanity. It immediately raises the look of any bathroom. However, it can be quite expensive.
So imagine how happy I was when I stumbled upon this sink base at the Restoration Hardware Outlet! The sink was 50% off, I knew it was meant to be!! I bought the sinks months before we started the powder room renovation.
Bathroom Marble Floors
For the floors, I really wanted a mosaic tile. The beauty of small spaces like a half bath is that you really can go bold with the tile. However, when I went to price it out a mosaic tile it was just wait out of my budget. Instead I picked a simple marble floor that was very affordable.
Here is a picture of the floors after installation:
Powder Room Wallpaper
Like I said I didn’t have much of a plan for the bathroom. Once it was all done it was mostly a white box with a pretty sink. I stared at it for weeks till I decided that wallpaper was the way to go.
I love wallpaper, a powder room is the perfect place for a statement wallpaper because is such a small space. I chose this beautiful white and blue wallpaper. It’s so gorgeous and perfect for a small place like this one.
A classic mirror and sconces complete the room. I also got new monogram towels that just make the room feels put together (super grown up, am I right?).
So what do you guys think of the powder room remodel? This is now one of my favorites room in the house!
