I’m excited to share my fall front porch and my fall mini house tour with you. Fall is not my favorite season, however, I couldn’t help myself when I saw the most gorgeous pumpkins at Trader Joe’s!!
I have never seen pumpkins like this before, they have light pink, green as well as the regular orange ones. Needless to say that I walk out of TJ’s with a full cart of them and ready to tackle fall decorating! Now, every single room in my house has pumpkins everywhere….
Fall Front Porch
First up, my fall front porch! This is my first time decorating my front porch for fall. I’m still waiting to upgrade my outdoor light and the door bell. But since I’m not sure when we will get to it, I decided to share it anyways. I painted my front door green this past winter, I’m still undecided if I love it or not….
I added my Trader Joe’s pumpkins, purple and pink mums, some baskets and hay from Walmart and this gorgeous wreath from Pier 1. The girls are loving all the pumpkins and everyday we go outside for “pumpkin picking” like Sophia likes to say.
Fall Room Decor: Formal Living Room
Next, my formal living room. I decorated the formal instead of the family room since this room is rarely ever used and the girls don’t play here as much. Just like the front porch I kept it simple with pumpkins, pink candles and faux eucalyptus. The eucalyptus are from Christmas last year, I found them at Ikea. Every time I go to Ikea I get a little more.

I recently got these jars from Lauren Haskell Designs. They are so beautiful, I have been moving them everywhere in the house and photographing. So don’t mind if you see them in more then one place lol. I added faux flowers from Michael’s since I wanted fall flowers but Trader Joes didn’t have that many options…

Fall Candle Centerpiece
Since I was decorating the formal living room, I carried into the formal dinning room as well. Again, with pumpkins, candles and faux eucalyptus.
This room is a little challenging to photograph since is in between the family room and the formal living room. So don’t mind all the weird angles, I was trying to avoid having a huge tv in the photo.
Now, check my new chandelier from Capital Lighting. We recently installed it, and it just makes the room. However, I’m still waiting for a opportunity to use my new dinning room. Is it just me that don’t use the formal rooms that much?
Playhouse
Lastly, I wanted to share the girls playhouse all decorated for fall! Sophia loves decorating and Holidays as much as I do.
So I wanted to do something special for her, I gave her little her house its own pumpkins and mums. She loved it. She is however super excited to decorate for Halloween, which it means we will start changing everything soon!

Hi, Ceres, I really need to ask about the kitchen budget. My kitchen is built out exactly like yours. I am redoing the cabinets and told the contractor I want my new one to look just like yours when he is done.
I was looking at cabinets yesterday. Counters, too. Oh and backsplash! Could you give me a breakdown on the cost of each.
I would so appreciate it. I need it! π΄
Hi Ceres! I love your home, so beautiful! I had a question about the chairs in your formal dining room as I’d love to buy them. The World Market chair you linked to has a darker wood frame, did you paint them white or is this a slightly different chair than the ones in your pictures? Thank you!
